Illusory Relationships

These are relationships of relaxation. It is the most relaxing and deactivating for partners. Discussing outside subjects is very pleasant and relaxing. Person, as it turns into a rippling mirage. It is hard to start working with such patrner.
Business co-operation is complicated with such nature of the relationships. Motives behind acts of each other are obscured. Partner's aspirations seem insignificant, not worthy of attention. They expect from each other completely different activity. One cools another in his business intentions. Such communication may look very funny from the outside.
Introvert in this pair is trying to get rid of attempts of extrovert to impose his opinions, wants to get certain autonomy. Extrovert wants to turn an introvert into "normal" person. Both are tuned to the capabilities of each other critically.
As a rule they do not argue for a long time. Partners are drawn to each other. Relations become very good and warm at times. It happens when they do not speak much on specific topics, and more do work together. Discussion about the results of successfully completed work is encouraging, but the new attempt to take over the case once again face the same difficulties. It is hardly possible to achieve much together for them because of the inability to concentrate and operate at full power.
