Social Revision Relationships
The first partner which can be concidered as Supervisor,
constantly tracks the second partner,
who can be considered as the Subordinate.
Supervisor draws attention to Subordinate weaknesses.
It looks like Supervisor wants to figure out what Subordinate does.
Subordinate has impression that he is under constant control.
However, it does not mean that the Supervisor must verbally indicate Subordinate his shortcomings.
Subordinate internally feels that the Supervisor can do so at any time and, therefore, initially have a sensation of suspense in Supervisor presence.
Supervisor seems significant, and his actions deserving of attention.
Subordinate wants to earn Supervisor's praise. It is very much appreciated.
However, the Supervisor always underestimates Subordinate,
his thoughts and actions seem insignificant.
As a result Subordinate feels resentment. At first, it even encourages Subordinate to prove his usefulness,
but all attempts are unsuccessful.
But Supervisor seems smug and petty, he finds faults and tries to teach and re-educate.
Subordinate seems interesting and capable, but he has something missing.
He needs help, suggest, but all tips are useless.
Subordinate does not perceive it, and increases the desire to control him.
Such relationships can be annoying for the Subordinate
and he can make attempts to get out of such care.
Subordinate starts to argue with Supervisor, trying to give him orders.
However, such attempts usually do not change relations.
Supervisor, as a rule, does not take offence at Subordinate, and continues with his "re-education".
Such pair sometimes is very organized. The whole point is that both partners feel their social significance:
the Supervisor as trustee, benefactor, without whose care and guidance Subordinate can not live and Subordinate
- as an object of care, whose value is recognized in this way.
This feeling is expressed much less in the relationships of social order,
since the Transmitter does not attempt to rehabilitate his Receiver.
